Registration Information

Dates: October 3rd through October 7th

Registration opens on May 31st!  Just one low rate this year: $121 per half-mind. Price increases to $131 on August 1st and $141 on September 1st.  The event is capped at 200 half-minds.

Registration and transfers close on 1 October 2024.

Your rego buys you:

  • Thursday Pub Crawl (Pay as you go)
  • Friday Costume Party – Food/snack items for sale at the venue. (theme Cocktailicious Cocktail Party)
  • Saturday Red Dress Trail – Dinner is included at the venue!
  • Sunday Recovery R*n
  • Beer on trail and at the venue
  • Warm fuzzies knowing you are helping our beneficiary charity

12 PM-1 PM – Late check in – Location TBD
2:30 PM – LVRDR Photo – Location TBD
3 PM – hares away!
3:15ish – pack away
After the run – RDR dinner and party & Raffle winners announced

Sunday – October 6th
11 AM – Check out by this time
10:30 AM – Sunday Special recovery run 10:30 show 11 AM GO! – Box TBD
